The shooting of Altenwalde, Germany, has been used since the imperial era as military firing range. Currently various tanks and military vehicles are there as witness testing by the army shot. One is the U.S. M26 Pershing. The shooting was abandoned in 2004 and many of their vehicles are still scattered around its perimeter.

An inhabitant of the German military camp, an M26 Pershing used as target for ballistic tests. Lacks its undercarriage and tracks but at first glance seems to have no serious structural damage.

Kangaroo troop transport, another target used in this German range. It seems that the chassis remains in good condition.

Another M26 (at least 4 of them have been here) that served as targets for shooting and ballistic evidence in this German firing range. Despite its flaws unkempt and appears not to have suffered serious structural damage.

The vehicle has no turret and rust has taken over its surface. For being almost hidden by vegetation can not be appreciated if it retains some of its undercarriage or lost along with the tracks. In the background you can make out another car (probably a M26)

Another Sherman used for shooting events at this location. The helmet is affected by these tests and still retains its undercarriage. Next to it is the turret, uncorked by impacts. On the side of the hull can appreciate all the insights that have hit the vehicle.

Another M26 Pershing ballistic and used to practice shooting at this busy German firing range. The vehicle retains part of its undercarriage on the right and in full on the left. The entire set has been invaded by rust, but at first glance there seems no serious structural damage to it.

The vehicle is in very poor condition, with serious structural damage. It has lost some of its armor panels and most of the covers, doors ... The vegetation has taken over the remains.
