Camión Dodge WC-62/WC-63

El camión Dodge G-507 WC-62 y WC-63 tenían un peso de tonelada y media contando con una tracción 6x6. Este camión nació como una versión mejorada de la versión civil Dodge G-502 WC. La producción comenzó en 1942 y se mantuvo en las cadenas de montaje hasta el final de la contienda fabricándose un total de unos 43.000 camiones. Los dos modelos eran esencialmente idénticos excepto por que se añadió un cabestrante de remolque Braden MU2 en la parte frontal del WC-63 lo que le hizo más largo y pesado que el modelo anterior.

Tanto el WC-62 como el WC-63 estaban equipados con un motor Dodge de 6 cilindros que rendía 76 cv de potencia. Tenía una longitud de 5´47 metros con un peso de 3.141 Kg (3.250 Kg para el WC-63) y podía transportar hasta 1.500 Kg de peso. Ambos modelos sirvieron como camiones de transporte y remolque para piezas de artillería del ejército estadounidense.

The G-507 truck Dodge WC-62 and WC-63 had a weight ton and a half counting on a 6x6 traction. This truck was born as an improved version of civil Dodge WC-502 G version. Production began in 1942 and remained in the assembly until the end of the war manufactured a total of 43,000 trucks. The two models were essentially identical except for that added a towing winch Braden MU2 in the front of the WC-63 that made him longer and heavier than the previous model.

Both the WC-62 and WC-63 were equipped with a Dodge 6 cylinder engine yielding 76 horsepower. It had a length of 5.47 meters with a weight of 3,141 kg (3,250 kg for WC-63) and could carry up to 1,500 kg. Both models served as transport trucks and trailer artillery US military.
